Prior experience includes leadership roles in mine ventilation engineering and production supervision at the Henderson mine, as well as a tenure at Newmont Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed ventilation planning and system overhaul for a gold/silver mine. Paul holds a BS in Mining Engineering from the University of Arizona, which has been foundational to a successful career in the mining industry.
