Olwyn Jo

Olwyn Jo is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in media production and education. Currently serving as the Creative Director and Co-Founder at tribe.mt since February 2020, Olwyn also co-created and produced the preschool animated TV program, Żiżi. Additionally, Olwyn has held significant roles as a Senior Content Producer for Malta's Got Talent and as Senior Producer and Creative Director for X Factor Malta at Fremantle since June 2018. As a co-founder of Mzungu Mission NGO and a freelance professional since 2017, Olwyn contributes to various projects. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Producer at PBS Malta and producing the documentary Transformazzjoni for the Malta LGBTIQ Rights Movement. Olwyn has also worked as a lecturer at MCAST Creative Arts and held various positions in media production, including team management and video editing roles. Educational qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Creativity and Innovation, a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, and a Bachelor in Communications (Hons) from the University of Malta.
