Shaunagh Duncan

Shaunagh Duncan is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as the Group Head of Sustainability at Fremantle since January 2025. In addition, Shaunagh acts as a Principal Sustainability Consultant at Expert Advice / Sleeping Lion. Previous roles include Head of Sustainability for Europe & International Markets, Head of Sustainability for UK & BENELUX, and Head of Sustainability UK at Oatly from April 2021 to January 2025. As a founding employee at Bulb, Shaunagh successfully developed the company’s sustainability strategy while overseeing growth from 20,000 to 1.7 million customers across multiple countries from March 2017 to April 2021. Additional experience includes positions at Sympower, Imperial College London, Sancroft, the Committee on Climate Change, bio-bean Ltd, and Hanover Communications. Shaunagh holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Futures from Imperial College London, a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Bristol, and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
