Abhijit Kulkarni

Abhijit Kulkarni currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations at Freshworks since May 2025. Prior to this role, Abhijit spent over two decades at IBM India Private Limited, where positions included Leader of Global Experience & Process Excellence, Operations Manager, and Assistant Manager from February 2003 to June 2025. Additionally, Abhijit worked at Microsoft India from November 2005 to December 2014, holding the roles of Operations Lead and Program Manager. Abhijit Kulkarni holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from KLE College of Business Administration, completed in June 2000.
