Jen McGregor, SHRM-SCP, MA, currently serves as the Director, HR Business Partner for the Global Field Organization at Freshworks since April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Principal HRBP Lead at Guidewire Software, where significant accomplishments involved leading a global restructure of Professional Services, architecting an organizational performance framework, and supporting workforce expansion in India. Previously, Jen held multiple HR-focused positions at Tyler Technologies, culminating as Senior Global People Business Partner, emphasizing HR operations during a period of growth and implementing global transformation initiatives. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and certifications from the Wharton School in HR Management and Analytics.
