Kumar Nishant is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as Senior Manager - HR Business Partner for Global Sales at Freshworks since August 2021. In this role, Kumar has partnered with the Go To Market team and contributed significantly to the growth of the first global Indian SaaS company before and after its IPO. Previous positions include HR Partner at Lenovo, Manager - HR Business Partner at Lam Research, and HR Business Partner at Dell EMC, where Kumar managed HR for major M&A projects during a historic merger.
