Fabian Lang

Fabian Lang is a seasoned professional in purchasing and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Purchasing Capital Equipment at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since October 2022. Prior to this role, Fabian spent 15 years at Rheinmetall / KS Kolbenschmidt, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic and operational purchasing for non-production materials, services, and investments across Europe, as well as leading a global Lead-Buyer organization and driving process standardization and digitization initiatives. Notably, Fabian managed a global project focused on sustainable cost reduction in indirect spending, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to executive leadership. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, completed in 2007.
