Srishti Patil

Srishti Patil, CAPM®, currently serves as a Business Consultant for Power Platform at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since April 2023. Previously, Srishti held multiple roles at Heidelberg Materials, including X.PLORE Trainee focused on digitalizing cement operations, Working Student in Digital Transformation analyzing data and developing KPI dashboards in Tableau, and Werkstudent GCCR assisting with the implementation of Continuous Improvement system features and automating processes using Microsoft Flow and Nintex. Earlier experience includes a Logistics Trainee position at Decathlon Deutschland, a Graduate Engineering Trainee role at Techint Engineering & Construction, and an internship at Endurance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Srishti holds a Master of Engineering in International Business and Engineering from SRH University and a Bachelor's degree from MIT College of Engineering.
