Jack Bird is a User Technology Lead at freuds, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing user technology initiatives. Prior to this role, Jack served as a Helpdesk Engineer at the same company. From February 2013 to March 2016, Jack worked at Amsys as a Workshop Manager and was recognized as an Apple Certified Support Professional and Apple Certified Mac Technician. Jack completed education at Reigate College from 2009 to 2012.
