Mike Lessel

Michael Lessel is an experienced project manager with a strong background in product development and management within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Frida since October 2023, Michael previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where significant contributions were made to the growth of the Keurig At-Home Brewers category, leading cross-functional collaborations for product launches. Prior to this, Michael worked at SharkNinja, initially as an Associate Program Manager and later as a Program Manager, successfully overseeing high-impact product launches and managing key development projects. Early career experiences include internships at Ingersoll Rand, focusing on cordless tools and new product development processes. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
