Thomas Herdtner

Thomas Herdtner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Frida, having previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Guild and Chewy. At Chewy, significant contributions included leading multiple HR teams and spearheading initiatives in talent management, HR operations, and customer service engagement. Prior experience also includes senior HR leadership roles at CenturyLink, where oversight encompassed labor relations and employee support for over 50,000 employees, as well as at Chevron, where management of HR functions spanned across five Latin American countries. Thomas holds an MSHRM from Purdue University and a BA in Spanish & Linguistics, with additional educational experience at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
