Previously, Paul was a Senior Consultant at Beacon Recruiting & Consulting, where efforts centered on enhancing awareness in the actuarial career development niche. As a co-founder and Chief Knowledge Officer at Ondexx, Paul brought the Ondexx Knowledge Management Solution to the life and reinsurance market. Additionally, Paul co-founded and served as CEO of Live Insite, directing commercialization efforts in advertising technology. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient European History from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
