In his role as vice president of Facility Planning and Development for Froedtert Health, Ryan oversees several key areas. These include operations and maintenance; campus planning, design and construction; remodeling; new construction; real estate development; energy and utility operations; space use; and real estate-related capital planning.
Ryan most recently served as vice president of real estate development for Ryan Companies, Milwaukee, where he was involved in many Froedtert Health projects. These included the Integrated Service Center and Pewaukee Community Hospital. He also held leadership positions at Irgens Development Partners and Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.
Ryan’s background includes rich experience in site selection, financial analysis, permitting, government regulations and acquisitions. He ensures teams and systems are on track to achieve design, budget and scheduling goals.
