Jim Owen

Jim Owen has a long and varied work experience. Jim began their career in 1989 as a Firefighter and Engine Operator for the UC Davis Fire Department. In 1992, they became an Officer in the US Army. In 2000, they joined Front Porch as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the company's Executive Staff. In 2013, they moved to UV Skinz, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Finally, in 2014 they joined Front Porch, Inc. as the General Manager of SimplePath, the innovation team responsible for discovering and developing new solutions for customers.

Jim Owen attended the University of California, Davis from 1988 to 1992 and earned a BA in Economics. Jim also pursued additional studies in Economics at the University of California, Davis.
