Katarzyna Górnicka

Katarzyna Gruszczyńska is a Senior Software Developer at IBM with extensive experience in InfoSphere Information Server (Datastage). Since August 2012, responsibilities have included developing new features, fixing defects, and managing a global team through daily scrum meetings, as well as providing Level 3 support and creating technical documentation. Prior to IBM, Katarzyna held the role of Lead 3D Artist at Vinci Games, where contributions included modeling and texturing in Unreal Engine, with work featured in CD-Action Magazine and on Steam. Earlier experience includes a C++ Developer position focused on multicriteria optimization at the Progress & Business Foundation and freelance work as a Computer Graphics Trainer. Educational background includes two Magister degrees in Informatyka Stosowana from Jagiellonian University and AGH University of Krakow.
