Richard Barnes currently serves as the Commercial Lead for Sustainable Crop Production at Frontier Agriculture, a role initiated in July 2023. In this position, Richard supports growers and supply chain customers by providing advice, services, and products focused on sustainable practices. Prior to this, Richard spent nearly two decades as a Sales Manager at Kings Crops, leading a team that offered technical advice and seed products to various agricultural stakeholders across the UK. Richard's career began as a Game Keeper at Eland Farms Ltd., where responsibilities included game and conservation management. Richard holds a BSc in Agriculture and Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
