Tom Parker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom started their career in 1997 at Farm Image Ltd, where they worked as a Director until 2014. In 2007, they joined Foodari Ltd as a Director. In 2012, they moved to SOYL, where they assumed the roles of Head of Business Development from 2012 to 2016 and Head of Products and Technology from 2016 to 2018. Since 2018, Tom has been working at Frontier Agriculture, initially as Commercial Manager - Digital from 2018 to 2020, then as Head of Digital Development from 2020 to 2022, and currently as Head of Customer Digital Solutions.

Tom Parker attended King's School, Canterbury from 1985 to 1990. Tom then went on to study at Royal Holloway, University of London from 1991 to 1994, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Geography & Geology.
