Robert also worked at Hertz as a Customer Sales & Service Mentor, where they trained and coached employees and reported business performance. Later, they joined Booking.com as a Customer Service Team Lead. Robert then worked at TrekkSoft as the Head of Customer Success Management, leading a team and managing customer success for the travel industry. Currently, they are at Frontify as a Customer Success Team Lead.
