Ryan Bowers

Ryan Bowers MBA is an experienced finance and operations executive currently serving as VP of Finance & Operations at the Decolonizing Wealth Project since July 2024 and as Founder of Baker Station Advisors since September 2023. With a strong background in equity ownership and consulting, Ryan co-founded Frontline Solutions and played a key role in developing the Activest investment research firm, growing its assets from zero to $60 million. Additional experience includes serving as Community Engagement Lead for the City of Philadelphia's Mayor's Office of Education and as a Program Officer at Public/Private Ventures, where Ryan managed a significant youth literacy program. Ryan holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University and a BA in Urban Studies from Temple University.
