Libby Carpenter

Libby Carpenter is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and community engagement. Currently serving as the Lead AAP/Outreach Coordinator and Human Resources Specialist at Frost since January 2019, Libby specializes in Workday, compliance, Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs), Vets 4212, and EEO reporting. Previously, Libby held the position of Community Leader at Baylor University from May 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included mentorship and policy enforcement.
