Diego Felipe Garcia Cortes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Diego Felipe began their career as a Junior Developer at ASIC in 2006, where they worked on the development of a information system for Sodimac Colombia. Diego Felipe later became the project lead for the Gift Vouchers project. In 2007, they joined Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales DIAN as a JEE Consultant, responsible for the Carga Masiva module and customs processes.
Diego then moved to Indra in 2011, where they served as a Technical Leader - SOA, leading the provisioning block for Telefónica Móviles Colombia and Telefónica Móviles Ecuador. Diego Felipe worked with Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g and the Oracle Service BUS.
In 2012, Diego joined TIMWE as an IT Team Leader for the Andina region, specializing in Java technology and implementing configurations and new developments for mobile operators in several Latin American countries. Diego Felipe also served as a key contributor to a regional project in Mexico.
Diego then worked at Movile as a Coordinator of Release, leading the development team for the NorthLatam region. Diego Felipe successfully expanded the team and established a second team for frontend, backend, and mobile application development.
In 2019, Diego became a Consultant at Autónomo, before joining Frubana in 2020 as a Technical Lead. Diego Felipe then took on the role of Head Engineer later in the year. Diego Felipe'sresponsibilities include overseeing engineering projects and providing technical leadership.

Diego Felipe Garcia Cortes attended Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2001 to 2006 and received a degree in Computer Engineering. In 2008, they briefly attended Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and obtained a degree in Computer Software Engineering.
