Kim Roland

Kim Roland is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in senior management roles. Currently retired, Kim Roland previously served as Senior Human Resource Manager and Director of Human Resources at FuelCell Energy from March 2014 onwards. Prior experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at Procter & Gamble from October 1999 to March 2014, during which work involved the Gillette Company following its acquisition by Procter & Gamble in 2005. Early career experience includes a role in Human Resources at Pepperidge Farm from June 1988 to October 1999. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Western Connecticut State University.
