Todd Culwell

Todd Culwell serves as Deputy General Counsel at FuelCell Energy since April 2025 and also holds a position as a Board Member at Wabash Valley Resources since August 2023. Previously, Todd was Deputy General Counsel at Jupiter Power from December 2024 to May 2025 and Associate General Counsel at Recurrent Energy from June 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading a team of legal professionals and managing compliance. Todd's extensive legal career includes partnerships at Reed Smith LLP and Andrews Kurth LLP, with a focus on energy transactional matters encompassing oil and gas transactions and energy infrastructure projects. Educational qualifications include a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston and a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
