Paul Luke, CEng MIChemE, currently serves as the Site Capital Projects Manager and Principal Process Engineer at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since October 2022. Previous roles include Operations Manager for Europe at IPS Adhesives (2021-2022), Site Production Manager at TRADEBE (2020-2021), and Operations Process Manager at PPG Industries (2018-2020). Additional experience includes positions such as Site Shift Operations Manager at Huntsman Corporation (2016-2018) and various leadership roles at AkzoNobel from 2007 to 2015. Paul’s early career featured positions as Process Development Engineer at UPM - The Biofore Company (2005-2007) and Process Engineer at The Lubrizol Corporation (2003-2004). Paul holds a Master of Engineering (Hons) in Chemical Engineering with Industrial Experience from The University of Manchester and a National General Certificate, Level 3 in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH.
