Joe Rettinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Joe currently serves as the Head of Program Operations at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, where they are responsible for the portfolio delivery of Viral Vector Gene Therapy customer programs and Monoclonal Antibody services. Joe also holds additional responsibilities in site S&OP and Business Intelligence functions. Previously, Joe worked as a Consultant in Project Management at Molecular Templates and as the Vice President of Laboratory Services at CSA Service Solutions LLC. Joe has also founded and served as the CEO of Soliance, a professional services firm, and worked as a Program Manager in Business Development at Deaton Engineering. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at Cerilliant Corporation and worked as a Product Development Engineer at Thermo Electron. Prior to their managerial roles, Joe started their career as an Analytical Chemist at Radian International, specializing in environmental sample analysis.
Joe Rettinger completed an Executive Courses program in Business Administration and Management, General at The University of Texas at Austin in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Texas State University, spanning from 1987 to 1992.
