Lyn Sim is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology field with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Scientist at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since December 2016, Lyn's roles have included Platform Operations Principal Scientist and R&D Purification Principal Scientist. Prior to this, Lyn worked at Roche from July 2009 to April 2016, where positions included Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence Specialist and GMP Downstream Operations Supervisor. Lyn's career began at Avecia Biologics as a Process Development Research Scientist from November 2007 to May 2009. Lyn holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Life Sciences (Biomedical Sciences) from the National University of Singapore, earned from 2004 to 2007.
