Marcus Sinclair

Marcus Sinclair is a seasoned professional in customer success and support, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Fullscript since January 2018. In this role, Marcus empowers teams to transform customer interactions into actionable insights and manages key client relationships while ensuring the continuous evolution of customer service standards.
