Rachel Montgomery

Rachel Montgomery is an experienced professional in knowledge management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Knowledge Management at Fullscript since January 2018. Rachel has held various roles within Fullscript, progressing from Customer Service to Customer Success Analyst, Knowledge Management Lead, and Manager of Knowledge Management. Prior to joining Fullscript, Rachel worked at FluidReview by SurveyMonkey in customer support and began a career in sales at Rogers Communications. Additionally, Rachel demonstrated leadership as the Head Coach for the Ottawa Wolves RFC women's team. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
