Andrew Batley

Andrew Batley is a seasoned professional in the civil engineering and construction industry, currently serving as the NOC Divisional Manager at Fulton Hogan since March 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Regional Paving Manager for Downer New Zealand, overseeing the Regional Paving Business in Auckland and Northland, managing more than 50 staff and reporting on significant annual revenues.
