Igor Kharitonov

Igor Kharitonov is a skilled Senior Procedural Technical Artist at Funcom since May 2022, with extensive experience in the field of visual effects and technical artistry. Kharitonov has served as a Houdini Instructor at VFX LAB since 2016, conducting self-developed courses, as well as previously instructing at RealTime School. Prior to Funcom, Kharitonov worked as a Senior Houdini Technical Artist at Ubisoft Annecy and held positions at Main Road|Post and Animation Studio Petersburg, significantly contributing to projects involving dynamic effects and tool development. Kharitonov's career began at Atria Animation Studio as Project Lead for the "Kikoriki" TV series and included work as a Houdini FX Artist at Creat Studios. Kharitonov holds a Master's Degree in Radio Engineering and Telecommunications from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and a high school diploma in Mathematics from St. Petersburg Lyceum 239.
