Carlos Paiola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, commercial strategy, sales management, and academia. Since July 2006, Carlos has held multiple leadership roles at Aquarius Software, currently serving as Partner and Marketing & Administrative Director, where the focus is on driving marketing initiatives and administrative functions to foster company growth and brand recognition. Alongside this role, Carlos is also a Professor at Fundação Vanzolini, teaching on "Industry 4.0," and has been involved with GE Digital and ISA São Paulo Section in various capacities, including President and Treasurer. Prior professional experience includes project management and software engineering positions at Axiom Electronics, ABB, and Honeywell Process Solutions. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Automation, Control & Instrumentation Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, along with a technical degree in Electronics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.

Its objective is to develop and disseminate scientific and technological knowledge inherent to Production Engineering, Industrial Administration, Operations Management, and other related activities that it carries out, with a total innovative character.
