Matt Levitan

Matt Levitan currently serves as the Manager of Property Accounting Operations at Fundrise since October 2022. Prior to this role, Levitan was the Assistant Controller at SpareBox Storage from September 2021 to October 2022 and held the position of Property Accounting Manager at EverWest Real Estate Investors from September 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included financial oversight of various properties and managing a team of property accountants. Levitan’s earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Property Accountant and Property Accountant at companies such as Laramar Group, NexCore Group, National Development, and Boston Properties. Levitan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Clark University, earned from 2005 to 2009.
