Michael Tong

Michael Tong is the Chief Strategy Officer at FunPlus, where Michael has been an investor for 10 years before transitioning to a full-time role overseeing strategy and investments. Michael is also the founder of Lemongrass Interactive and Media Company Limited, focusing on games and technology. With prior experience at NetEase as a Director and Chief Operating Officer, Tong has a strong background in business and investments, demonstrated by their roles at techpacific.com venture capital and SoftBank Venture Capital. Michael is also known for founding and leading OpenRice.com, the most famous website in Hong Kong. Tong holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a High School Diploma from La Salle College.
