Chris Gugala has a strong background in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. Chris started their career in 1985 at Nissan Motor Corporation as the National Collections and Recovery Manager. In 1993, they joined Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. as the Vice President, where they worked until 2002. In 2002, Chris co-founded Vital Solutions, Inc., which later became a part of Fusion BPO Services. At Vital Solutions, they served as the Executive Vice President and played a crucial role in providing collection and recovery solutions in the financial services, utilities, and fin-tech sectors. After the acquisition of Fusion BPO Services, Chris continued their engagement as the Executive VP of Business Development. With over 30 years of experience, Chris has been an integral part of the BPO industry's growth and success.
Chris Gugala studied at Oakland University from 1982 to 1985 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
