Apurva Sharma has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 2003, Apurva worked as an Auditor-Hind sighting and Quality Control at ICICI Bank, where they assisted in credit card application audits and prepared reports. In 2004, they joined Dreamwork as an HR Operations Manager. From 2007 to 2012, Apurva served as Manager-HR & Operations at Futures First, responsible for various HR processes and day-to-day operations. They were then promoted to Senior Manager-HR & Operations from 2013 to 2016. Their most recent role at Futures First was as AVP-HR & Operations from 2017 to 2021, where they played a key role in talent acquisition, performance appraisal, training facilitation, and other HR responsibilities. Currently, Apurva holds the position of VP-HR & Operations at Futures First.
Apurva Sharma holds a PGP'24 degree in Strategic HR Leadership from XLRI Delhi-NCR. They also have a PGDBA degree in Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies- Pune and an Mcom (Finance) degree from the University of Mumbai. Apurva has obtained additional certifications in Business Writing from the University of Colorado Boulder, Establishing a Professional 'Self' through Effective Intercultural Communication from the National University of Singapore, Inspiring and Motivating Individuals from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Human Resource Manager from Vskills.
