Swati Kiran is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at CARIAD and Futurepath, with experience since October 2021. Swati specializes in connecting top technological talent to drive software transformation across various Volkswagen Group brands. Prior to CARIAD, Swati worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at djiiga, an IT recruitment company in Berlin, serving diverse clients from startups to industry leaders. Additional experience includes roles as a Talent Researcher at Staffing Division TTA and an Account Executive at Radisson, alongside customer service roles in Dublin, Ireland. Swati holds an MBA in International Business Management from Griffith College Dublin and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.
