Chong Wen Han

Chong Wen Han currently serves as the Chief Partnership Distribution Officer and Head of Partnership at FWD Insurance since February 2021. Prior to this role, Chong held various leadership positions at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad from February 2017 to February 2021, including Head of Sales for banca, Head of People Development & Partnership Services, and Assistant Director for Strategic Alliance & Business Development. Experience in the banking sector includes roles at RHB Bank, MBF Cards, Maybank, and Hong Leong Bank Berhad, focusing on strategic alliances, business development, and sales management. Chong holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Curtin University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
