Kai is an admitted attorney working in our development team who focuses on the various legal aspects of wind farm development including land rights acquisition, regulatory compliance and the drafting of commercial agreements.
Kai read for his LLB at the University of Stellenbosch and started his legal career in 2016, first as a candidate attorney and then later as an associate in the corporate commercial department of a reputable property law firm. He has specialised experience in, amongst other areas, commercial contracting, corporate governance, property rights and commercial dispute resolution.
