Taylor LeLaCheur has a diverse work experience. They started their career at Weber State University as a Customer Service Representative from September 2020 to March 2021. After that, they joined Gabb as a Customer Support Representative from March 2022 to September 2022, and then as a Customer Service Team Lead from September 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Support Lead at Gabb, responsible for bridging the communication gap between the customer service department and product teams. As a Technical Support Lead, Taylor assists in discovering and communicating issues, as well as testing new features and releases on their devices.
Taylor LeLaCheur completed their high school education at Fremont High School from 2017 to 2020, earning a high school diploma. Afterward, they enrolled at Weber State University in 2020 and are expected to graduate in 2024 with a degree in Marketing, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Taylor obtained several certifications from Weber County, including a CTE Certificate of Award in Computer Science and Information Technology in April 2020, a CTE Certification in Marketing in December 2018, a CTE Certification in Customer Service in May 2018, a CTE Certification in Entrepreneurship in December 2017, and a CTE Certification in Computer Technology in May 2017.
