Ben Nollola

Ben Nollola currently serves as Vice President at Gables Residential, overseeing REIT operations across the Western US, managing a portfolio of 9,500 units. Previously, Ben held the role of Director of Operations for Word of Life Christian Center while pursuing an MBA with a focus on Executive Leadership. Prior experiences include Senior Vice President of Operations at Grand Peaks, where Ben led operations for 10,000 units across seven states, and Managing Director of Multifamily Investments at Mark-Taylor, Inc., managing a 5,000-unit portfolio. Ben also served as Regional Director of Operations at CWS Apartment Homes, significantly expanding the portfolio, and as Regional Property Manager at Holland Residential, where Ben built strong client relationships. Ben Nollola holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
