Duyen Ung

Duyen (Gwen) Ung is an experienced professional in product operations and merchant management, currently serving as Product Operations Manager at GalaxyJoy since November 2022. Previously, Duyen held the position of Merchant Operations Lead at ShopBack, where responsibilities included overseeing merchant onboarding and integration for the Vietnam market, as well as enhancing merchant tracking reliability. Prior to ShopBack, Duyen was the Merchant Operation Manager for GoFood at GoViet, managing a content team and focusing on performance management. Duyen's career began at Lazada Group, progressing through various roles in the finance team, including Team Lead and Senior Analyst, where Duyen optimized operations and analyzed marketplace service charges. Duyen began a career in banking as a Corporate Department Intern at Vietnam Eximbank after earning a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.
