Rob Daley

Rob Daley currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Game4Padel, overseeing operations and growth for padel facilities in Australia and New Zealand since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rob held various managerial and area management positions at YMCA Victoria from April 2015 to June 2023, including Area Manager for multiple leisure facilities and Sports Development Manager. Rob also managed the Geelong Lawn Tennis Club and Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre, demonstrating extensive leadership in sports management. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Morningside Tennis Centre and Shaw Park Tennis Centre under TennisGear Management.
