Jon Noronha has a diverse work experience in product management and entrepreneurship. Jon is the Co-Founder of Gamma, a company focused on creating a new medium for business communication. Prior to that, they worked at Optimizely in various roles including VP Product, Senior Director of Product Management, Director of Product Management, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager.

Jon also worked at Microsoft as a Product Manager for Bing's Image Search, where they coordinated engineering teams and implemented cutting-edge technology in machine learning, distributed systems, and image processing. Jon played a key role in shipping new features to disrupt the search market.

In addition, Jon was involved in innovative projects at PlateMate, where they invented a system for obtaining high-quality data from crowd workers on Mechanical Turk. Jon also worked at Microsoft as a PM Intern, devising a system for obtaining manual judgments of images and videos.

Before venturing into industry, Jon worked as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, where they taught computer science and programming fundamentals to students. Their teaching skills earned him a Certificate of Distinction in Teaching.

Jon Noronha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Harvard University.
