chad palma has experience as both an Event Supervisor and Chef at Garces Group, where chad currently manages Summerfest at Penns Landing. Prior to that, chad worked as an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Shulas Steak House. chad earned a diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes.
