Maggie Holter

Maggie Holter currently serves as the Senior Director of Philanthropy at Gateway Region YMCA, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Maggie was the Director of Advancement at Memory Care Home Solutions from November 2021 to March 2024. Experience also includes a Sales Consultant position at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits from January 2019 to December 2021 and an entrepreneurial venture as a Full Time Talent Manager, Sales, and Business Development at Meyers Magic LLC (2014-2018). Maggie has held various consultancy roles, including Temporary Director of Stewardship and Donor Communications at Gateway Region YMCA and Interim Director of Recruiting at The Hire Connection, LLC. Additionally, Maggie worked as a Development Officer at the University of Missouri - St. Louis between October 2011 and 2014 and as the Development Director for BreakDown St. Louis from January 2010 to October 2011. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has pursued continuing education in Spanish Language and Literature at both ECELA Spanish School in Lima, Peru, and the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
