Rob Fredrickson is an accomplished Managing Director currently leading Company of Cooks since January 2021 and overseeing Gather & Gather UK and Creative since December 2012. With a robust background in the food and beverage industry, Rob held the position of Head of Catering at the Royal Shakespeare Company from May 2010 to December 2012, where responsibilities included designing and operating all food and beverage spaces during the opening of a new theatre. Prior experience includes managing a £4.5 million F&B business at Picturehouse between August 2007 and May 2010, which grew to over £8 million by the time of exit. Rob's educational background includes a degree in International Business from the University of Brighton, complemented by foundational studies at Watford Grammar School for Boys.
