Ravi Kumar is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at GATI-KWE since 2013, Ravi Kumar manages the entire Human Resource functions of the Cold Chain Division, overseeing manpower planning and the employee life cycle. Previously, Ravi Kumar held the position of Assistant Manager HR at PEAREY LALL & SONS (E.P.) PRIVATE LIMITED, where responsibilities included statutory compliance, payroll, and recruitment. Ravi Kumar began the career as an HR Executive at Ability India Pistons and Rings Limited, focusing on talent acquisition and training development. Early experiences include a summer internship at Reliance Retail in talent acquisition and a BBA internship at U Flex Industry Limited, exploring training effectiveness. Ravi Kumar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on HRM and Marketing Management, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration.
