Sarah (Cowden) Barber is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at GBA since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role at Aerotek from September 2014 to June 2020, where Sarah held multiple positions including Account Manager and Internal Recruiter, specializing in recruiting for sales, customer service, and administrative roles. Sarah is adept at identifying sales-minded individuals for dynamic environments and promotes career opportunities in recruiting and sales within field offices across the Southwest Region. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kansas State University and also studied at Kingston University in 2013.
