Matt Pamperin

Matt has over 17 years of experience in the power engineering consulting industry. His expertise lies in underground and overhead distribution system design, staking, work order and construction inspections, as well as system modeling. As the Managing Partner of the Auburn office, Matt directs the field operations of field representatives and project managers. He has prepared RUS long range plans, construction work plans, borrower’s environmental reports, substation justification studies, system protection, and system mapping. In addition, he has been an integral team member on several military bases, which included an inventory and evaluation of the overhead and underground electrical distribution system and a valuation of those assets.

Matt has developed course material for seminars on overhead distribution design, underground distribution design, overcurrent protection, and the National Electrical Safety Code. In addition, he has conducted seminars on these subjects throughout the continental United States, Alaska and Canada. Over 5,000 electric utility engineers, staking technicians, and operations personnel have attended seminars taught by Mr. Pamperin.
