Currently serving as General Counsel at Gecko Robotics since September 2024, Kurren previously held the position of Head of Government Legal at Palantir Technologies, where responsibilities included leading a team of 21 in managing legal and regulatory matters. Prior to Palantir, Kurren worked at the U.S. Department of Justice in multiple roles, including Deputy Associate Attorney General, and served as Associate Counsel at The White House. Early career experience includes a clerkship at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and a position at the ACLU of Northern California. Kurren holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BA in History from Stanford University.
